Penny

🔟 Penny's Top 10 Favorite Things

Hey, I'm Penny! I came to Los Angeles from Nebraska to be an actress and ended up living across the hall from a bunch of geniuses. Here's what I love most, and yes, some of it rubbed off from them.

1. 1

   Leonard

The sweet, smart guy who wouldn't give up on me.

2. 2

   Home in Nebraska

I grew up on a farm outside Omaha, and part of me is still that country girl.

3. 3

   My dad calling me "Slugger"

It's his nickname for me, and I love it.

4. 4

   Acting

Big dreams, small roles, and I gave it my all.

5. 5

My job at the drug company

Bernadette got me in, and turns out I'm great at sales.

6. 6

   Beating the guys at Halo

   They thought I'd be easy. I wasn't.

7. 7

   My old prom dress

Believe it or not, I still have it, and it got the girls planning a do-over prom on the roof.

8. 8

   Chili cheese fries

   I love them, no apologies.

9. 9

   My friends

Amy and Bernadette, my girls, plus the boys across the hall.

10. 10

    Penny Blossoms

My rhinestone flower barrette business. The guys stayed up all night helping me fill an order for a thousand.

🔟 Penny's Top 10 Movies & TV

Living with these guys, I've seen more sci-fi than any farm girl should. But I've got my own taste too, and here's the proof.

1. 1

   Toy Story(1995)

I worked a song from it into my wedding vows, and Leonard loved it.

2. 2

   Grease(1978)

I still can't believe some people have never seen it.

3. 3

   NCIS(2003)

I landed a part on it. My scene got cut, but I still count it.

4. 4

   Serial Ape-ist

My first movie. We don't talk about it.

5. 5

   Clerks(1994)

Its director wanted me to audition for the third one, and I did.

6. 6

   Dirty Dancing(1987)

I know the plot by heart, lift and all.

7. 7

   Sex and the City(2008)

The guys groaned when I put it on. I happen to love this movie.

8. 8

   Dancing with the Stars(2005)

That's how I know who half the celebrities are.

9. 9

   Game of Thrones(2011)

Viewing parties at our place, and I'll save Sheldon a seat.

10. 10

    Iron Man(2008)

Yes, I've seen it, and I can spot when someone pitches me its plot.
